The African from America

We can simply call Shakama "the child of the world". Because she is the result of so many cultures, which sometimes fail to know each other, but communicate, through the same channel, art.  Shakama has that in her and she has decided to express it through a musical work. "Farafimusso" or simply "African Woman", the land where she came from. Just, a tribute and acknowledgment to these brave and courageous women of oppressed lands. Shakama, who lives in the United States, has sung 9 songs on this album. The melody is catchy. The notes are well chosen. You cannot help but react to the songs such as Malika, D'Jarabi, Enemy.
